TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2023 By Rizider Atieno Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 124–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Odhiambo Obwar, who died at Masat East, on 18th August, 2003. CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2023 By Samwel Muturi Njuguna, of P.O. Box 239, Egerton in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Nyambura Kathanzu, who died on 12th June, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
