TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2023 By Mary Anyango Aringo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Atieno Aringo alias Atieno Aringo, who died on 27th November, 2009. CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2023 By (1) Rachel Achieng Odhiambo and (2) Millicent Adongo Oyombe, both of P.O. Box 746–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hellen Juma Oyombe, who died at New Nyanza Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 1st May, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
