TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By (1) Benard Gesora Makori and (2) Lucy Nyamoita Makori, both of P.O. Box 96, Kericho in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Nyasuguta Makori, who died along Gitanga Road, on 1st July, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
