TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By Betty Kiendi Murithi, of P.O. Box 21652–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of probate of written will annexed to John Murithi M’Itonga, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 18th September, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
