APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to section 27 (4) and (5) of the Mental Health Act and the Regulation thereof, take notice that this Court in Civil Miscellaneous Application Case No. E38 of 2023, appointed— Richard Munyao Kanui, Jeff Kitonyi Munyao, as managers of the estate and all affairs of Ruth Kaluki Munyao, with effect from the 29th March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to contrary and appearance in the respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice to the Kenya Gazette.
