NOTICE is given that a petition for the insolvency/liquidation of the above-named company by the High Court of Kenya at Milimani 19th May, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE Law Courts, Nairobi, was on the 29th June, 2022, presented to the said court by James Holden, c/o Iseme Kamau & Maema, Advocates, IKM Place, 1st Floor, 5th Ngong Avenue, off Bishops Road, P.O. Box 11866–00400, Nairobi. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the High Court sitting in Nairobi, Commercial and Tax Division at 9.00 a.m., on the February, 2023, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may give notice to the petitioner’s advocate not later than 4.00 o’clock of the afternoon before the petition is to be heard and appear at the time of hearing, in person, or by his advocate, for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring such copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
