REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kimunya Rubuci (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.98 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as Baragwe/Guama/682, and whereas in the Magistrate’s Court at Gichugu, in succession cause No. 247 of 2016, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Francis Njoka Kimunya (ID/4945510), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Francis 2216 2216 Njoka Kimunya (ID/4945510), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kimunya Rubuci (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
