THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elijah Mwangi Nguu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.70 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kabare/Kiritine/1397, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Court at Gichugu in succession cause No. E49 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Florence Njeri Githaiga (ID/0808304), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Florence Njeri Githaiga (ID/0808304) and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Elijah Mwangi Nguu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
