GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6458

WHEREAS Samuel Kiroro Magondu alias Kiroro s/o Magondu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.11 hectare or thereabouts, known as Aguthi/Gatitu/1539, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession 4 of 2010 has issued grant of letters intestate to Venceslao Magondu Kiroro and the beneficiaries are (1) Constance Mathenge Kiroro, (2) Laura Nyambura Kiroro and (3) Lydia Wambui Kimotho, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 in favour of the said Venceslao Magondu Kiroro and the beneficiaries are (1) Constance Mathenge Kiroro, (2) Laura Nyambura Kiroro and (3) Lydia Wambui Kimotho, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samuel Kiroro Magondu alias Kiroro s/o Magondu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
