REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wainaina Kahura (deceased), of P.O. Box 21, Kanjuku in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 4.1 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Gatundu, known as Kiganjo/Gatei/327, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E3 of 2023, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Margaret Mwihaki Wainaina (ID/3055768), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Margaret Mwihaki Wainaina, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wainaina Kahura (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
