REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hannah Nyambura Kagwanja (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Shawa/Rongai Block 1/153, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Nyandarua in succession cause No. 320 of 2018, has issued grant in favour of (1) Winnie Wangui Kagwanja and (2) Benson Kariuki Nyambura, and whereas the court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Hannah Nyambura Kagwanja (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the name of (1) Winnie Wangui Kagwanja and (2) Benson Kariuki Nyambura, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the Hannah Nyambura Kagwanja (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
