REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) George Mburu Kinyanjui (ID/25134940), (2) Joseph Nakeor Chegem (ID/26222009) and (3) Elijah Mwai Maina (ID/26976128), are registered as the joint trustees of Sweet Melodies Self Help Group in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.40 hectare or thereabouts, situate in district of Machakos, registered under title No. Mavoko Town Block 3/46524, and whereas the said (1) George Mburu Kinyanjui (ID/25134940), (2) Joseph Nakeor Chegem (ID/26222009) and (3) Elijah Mwai Maina (ID/26976128) have presented for registration of a Discharge of Charge and all efforts made to recover the title deed for the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the Discharge.
