REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Osinya Ocheke, of P.O. Box 590, Busia in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Bukhayo/Mundika/891, situate in the district of Busia, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
