REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lekyo Tours Company Limited, of P.O. Box 5057, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. Mn/I/3074, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa district, registered certificate of title C.R. No. 33870/1, and whereas it has been established that the registration of the piece of land to Lekyo Tours Company Limited was found to have been procured unlawfully or irregularly vide Land Case No. 97 of 2014 in the Environment and Land Court at Mombasa, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, the certificate of the title registered as C.R. 3380/1 to the undersigned shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
