TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2022 By (1) Fatuma Hassan Mohamed Amin and (2) Abshiro Khalif Abdullahi, both of P.O. Box 8768–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sister and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esmail Mohamed Hersi, who died at Kiwanjani, on 8th September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
