TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By (1) Farhaan Abdul Jaleel Parkar and (2) Habib-Ur-Rehman Parkar, the executors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of the will of Abdul Jaeel Parkar alias Abdul Jaleel Abbas Parkar, who died at Nakuru Maternity & Nursing Home, on 26th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
