WHEREAS Paul Wachira Mathenge, of P.O. Box 3316, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.0468, 0.0468, 0.0468, 0.0468, 0.0468, 0.0468, 0.0468, 0.0468 and 0.0475 hectare or thereabouts, situate in district of Nakuru, registered under title Nos. Dundori/Lanet Block 4/783, 784, 786, 787, 788, 789, 790, 791 and 811 (Nyonjoro), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
