REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Binti Bakari Swaleh, (2) Khamis Athman Swaleh and (3) Zainab Adam Matano, as administrators of Athman Swaleh and Athman Bin Saleh alias Athman Bin Saleh Duruma, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 2.70 acres or thereabout, known as Plot No. 375/II/Mn, situate in Mombasa 2194 2194 Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 994/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
