REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Samuel Ndungu Kamau and (2) Grace Wairimu Kamau, both of P.O. Box 7039–00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, the administrators of the estate of David Kamau Njoroge (deceased), the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/41/1, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a Conveyance dated 11th July, 1978, registered in Volume N19, Folio 380/29, File 3480, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said Conveyance has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
