TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2023 By (1) David Gichunku, (2) Fridah Nkatha Julius and (3) Veronica Kangaroo, all of P.O. Box 174–60602, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ikioo Mirithu alias M’Ikioo M’Mirithu, who died at Kuani, on 11th June, 2002. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2023 By Tabitha Mwonjiru Karanguri, of P.O. Box 73–60602, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mugwika Mukinda alias M’Mugwika Mukinda, who died at Kianjai on 3rd May, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
