TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2022 By (1) Willy Chelimo Kipngetich and (2) Paul Kibet Chelimo, both of P.O. Box 15, Chebiemit, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimoi Tapkigen Chelimo W/O Chelimo Chebii, who died at Chebiemit, on 11th March, 2013. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2023 By Sarah Kangogo Kandie, of P.O. Box 64, Iten, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barsulai Kandie Kipsesat, who died at Mosop, on 23rd November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
