APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (3) of the State Corporations Act, I, William Samoei Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint— (i) John Imoite as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Lake Victoria North Works Development Agency, with effect from the 19th May, 2023 up to the 6th August, 2023. (ii) Petronilla Were and Abraham Cheruiyot as members of the Board of Directors of Lake Victoria North Water Works Development Agency, with effect from the 19th May, 2023 up to the 5th October, 2024. (iii) Eng. Butichi Khamisi and Daniel O. Achach as members of the Board of Directors of Lake Victoria North Water Works Development Agency, with effect from the 19th May, 2023 up to the 4th July 2023. The appointments* of Julius Bakasa Wasike, Oliver Aganya, John Masaba, Anne Desma C. Chilande and Zipporah Kaari Matasi are revoked. Dated the 18th May, 2023.
