TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 21 OF 2023 By Ephantus Efwanila Ondeto, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ondeto Efanira, who died at Mahanga Sub- location, on 24th February, 2016. CAUSE NO. 129 OF 2023 By Ezra Marongo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Malongo Kibira, who died at Kitagwa Sub-location, on 2nd March, 1954. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
