TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 113 OF 2021 By Lawrence Anzage Alwavuha, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Alwavuha alias Alwabuha Mungole, who died at Ikumba Sub-location, on 5th July, 1985. CAUSE NO. 45 OF 2023 By Enos Kidugwa Sawe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sawe Lumasia alias Harun Lumasia Sawe, who died at Chavakali Sub-location, on 3rd November, 1988. 20th April, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
