TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2023 By (1) Mercy Nyokabi and (2) Jane Nyokabi Kimani, both of P.O. Box 78–00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s sister and niece, repectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mungai Kimani, who died at Buni, Kisimani, on 5th September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2023 By (1) Joseph Kipino Saisa and (2) Sintoyia ene Saisa Teeka, both of P.O. Box 78–00200, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, repectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sesa ole Teeka Oloruta, who died at Kajiado Hospital in Kenya, on 24th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
