Box 79–20310, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mwangi Mbuthia, who died at Kabati, on 14th August, 2015. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2023 By Lucy Waithera Thuo, of P.O. Box 69, Murungaru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Thuo Gitonga, who died at Lakeview Nursing home, on 29th November, 2019. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2023 By Simon Mwangi Gitogo, of P.O. Box 1–20301, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gideon Gitogo Githiga, who died at Molo Town, on 16th October, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
