TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E220 OF 2022 By (1) Hannah Ngendo Njuguna and (2) Danson Mungai Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 71–00221, Matathia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Njuguna Mungai alias Peter Njuguna, who died at Nakuru Nursing Home, on 11th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E222 OF 2022 By (1) Joseph Ndungu Kaguaga and (2) George Njoroge Kaguaga, both of P.O. Box 14705–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kariuki Kaguaga, who died at Thigio, Gitutha, on 8th November, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
