E24 OF 2022 By Jackline Pauline Kishagha Mnjala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Meso Mwambere, who died at Taita Taveta, on 23rd November, 2002. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By Henry Mwawuda Mwasheghu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Mwasheghu Mwakichwa, who died at St. Joseph Shelter of Hope, on 29th January, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
