TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2023 By Alice Cherono Kimetto, of P.O. Box 47, Kabianga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kiprono Kimetto, who died at Kapcheluch, on 18th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2023 By (1) Edinah Chepkurui Letich, (2) Alice Chelangat Keter and (3) David Kipkurui Koech, all of P.O. Box 1411, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapkili Chelangat Kosgei, who died at Kaptalamwa, on 10th January, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
