Box 7584–00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Danson Njoroge Kiiru, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th July, 2018. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2023 By David Mwoki Kilonzo, of P.O. Box 1–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilonzo Soi, who died at Ndabibi Location, on 7th February, 1991. CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2023 By (1) Julius Kabugu Ndungu and (2) Muturi Joshua Gichuhi, both of P.O. Box 398, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabugu Githuthu Kibe alias Kabugu Githuthu, who died at Bamboo Sub-location, on 25th August, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
