TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2023 By (1) Philip Karari Njuguna, (2) Lucy Wambui Mumbi and (3) Monica Sein Kurraru, all of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s father and widows, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Perminus Muiruri Karari, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kenya, on 6th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2023 By Eunice Muthoni Karenju Gwandaru, of P.O. Box 33–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Karenju Gwandaru, who died at Karen Hospital in Kenya, on 25th August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
