E57 OF 2022 By (1) Naserian Parmuat Katende, (2) Terian Parmuat Katende, (3) Margaret Parmuat and (4) Seteyio Parmuat Katende, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Parmuat Muya Katende, who died at Olkeriai, on 25th December, 2009. THE KENYA GAZETTE 20th April, 2023 CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2022 By (1) Lewis Rampei Pulei and (2) Peninah Naisinkoi Kenaye, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ntiamput Pulei, who died at Mater Misericordie Hospital in Kenya, on 7th February, 2020. CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2022 By Jonathan Paita Kingalolo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kingalolo ole Matura Pololo, who died on 17th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2023 By (1) Nelly Anyango Ouko and (2) Robinson Moses Ouko, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ouko Kaliwa, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th March, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
