TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2018 By (1) Rita Wanjiru Mwangi and (2) Dean Ngamau Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 640–00204, Athi River in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwangi Ngamau, who died at Athi River, on 16th March, 2009. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2023 By Jaquiline Ndindi Manthi Masika, of P.O. Box 1380–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pilece Kanini Nthenge David alias Phyillis Kanini Nthenge alias Phyillis Kanini David Nthenge, who died at Misakwani, on 5th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
