E1 of 2022 By Kuro Lengesen, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laro Lengesen Eirari, who died at Laisamis, on 4th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. E3 of 2022 By Paula John, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okuma Lokie, who died at Isiolo, on 8th July, 2009. CAUSE NO. E9 of 2022 By (1) David Mutembei, (2) Charity Gakii Kaburu and (3) Kennedy Murimi Kaburu, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damiano Kaburu, who died at Consolata Hospital Nkubu in Kenya, on 5th January, 2021. CAUSE NO. E14 of 2022 By Jane Kainda, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Mutabari M’Buchianga, who died at Lairang’i, on 23rd March, 2022.
