TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 97 OF 2023 By (1) Joseph Wanyiri Ndirangu and (2) Samuel Nderitu Ndirangu, both of P.O. Box 32, Mweiga in Kenya, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriam Mukami Ndirangu, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 16th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. 98 OF 2023 By (1) Joseph Wanyiri Ndirangu and (2) Samuel Nderitu Ndirangu, both of P.O. Box 32, Mweiga in Kenya, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate o Nicholas Ndirangu Wanyiri alias Nicholas Wanyiri, who died at Outspan Hospital in Kenya, on 16th March, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
