TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2023 By (1) Wabwile Wekesa, (2) Gabriel Wekesa Nafusi and (3) Martin Juma Wekesa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wekesa Masibo alias Wekesa Sio Masibo, who died at District Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya, on 12th April, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
