E769 OF 2022 By Wilson Otieno Odhiambo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Odhiambo Kwadha, who died at Kaila Sub-location, Kisumu, on 29th September, 1999. CAUSE NO. E781 OF 2022 By Paul Goodwine Otieno, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Walter Abwo alias J. W. Abwao Ongonga, who died at Nyagoko Sub-location, on 12th June, 2008. CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2023 By Lawrence Ajwang Nyaluogo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Nyaluongo Onyango alias Nyaluogo Onyango, who died at East Kanyadwera, on 17th September, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
