TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2023 By (1) Maria Wanjiku Mwangi and (2) Mary Njeri Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 148, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Mwangi Ndirangu, who died at Chania Sub-location, on 4th December, 2003 CAUSE NO. E119 OF 2023 By (1) Susan Mwihaki Towett and (2) Betty Chebet Towett, both of P.O. Box 13472, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kibowen Towett, who died at Mogoon, on 18th March, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
