IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 31 (d) of the County Governments Act, 2012 (as amended 2020), the Governor, Kisii County Government revokes the appointments of— Nancy Nyanganyi Nyamwange, Jackson Bogonko Ondiba, Patrick Mogusu Momanyi, John Machuka Ndege, Judy Omare Nyakerario, as members of the Kisii County Public Service Board appointed under section 58 of the County Governments Act, with effect from the date of this Gazette Notice.
