IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 137 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, as read together with sections 30 and 31 (d) of the County Governments Act, 2012, I, Gideon Maitha Mung’aro, Governor of Kilifi County, appoint— CLARIS IDZA MWANGATU to be a member of Kilifi County Budget and Economic Forum representing women groups, with effect from the 30th March, 2023.
