NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd September, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 507, in Volume B-13, Folio 2226/18764, File No. 1637, by our client, Fikirini Jacobs Katoi Kahindi, of P.O. Box 80210, Bamba in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Fikirini Katoi Kahindi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Fikirini Katoi Kahindi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fikirini Jacobs Katoi Kahindi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Fikirini Jacobs Katoi Kahindi only.
