NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th April, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1408, in Volume D1, Folio 124/1358, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Sabir Abdow Alio, of P.O. Box 441–70100, Garissa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jabir Abdow Alio, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Jabir Abdow Alio, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sabir Abdow Alio, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Sabir Abdow Alio only.
