NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th April, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1100, in Volume D1, Folio 120/1328, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Charan Aydee, of P.O. Box 103110–00101, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Charanjit Singh Aydee, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Charanjit Singh Aydee, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Charan Aydee, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Charan Aydee only.
