NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 31st March, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 436, in Volume DI, Folio 109/1237, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Mugure Njendu (guardian), of P.O. Box 42374–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Kavindu Munyutha Mbathi (minor), formerly known as Kavindu Munyutha Ruguru Mbathi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Kavindu Munyutha Ruguru Mbathi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kavindu Munyutha Mbathi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Kavindu Munyutha Mbathi only.
