NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd March, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 986, in Volume DI, Folio 118/1314, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Kesia Nginah Kibue, of P.O. Box 57180– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kesiah Ngina Mwendwa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Kesiah Ngina Mwendwa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kesia Nginah Kibue, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Kesia Nginah Kibue only.
