REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Family Bank Limited, of P.O. Box 74145–00200, Nairobi who brought motor vehicle registration number KCG 645U, MAN TAX 26440 for storage at Salvage Rescue Limited garage/yard along Kericho–Nakuru Highway on 26th April, 2018, to date and the said motor vehicle is still lying un-collected after Family Bank Limited failed to pay for the requisite cost of storage. That the said motor vehicle need to be collected by Family Bank Limited, upon payment of all the outstanding storage charges within thirty days (30) days from the date of this notice. Failure to collect the said motor vehicle within the given notice period shall lead to the motor vehicle being disposed of.
