2002 2002 PORT REITZ MOI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT ACCESS ROAD PHASE II DUALLING OF MAGONGO AND OIL REFINERY ROADS CORRIGENDUM AND INQUIRY IN PURSUANCE of sections 112 and 162 (2) of the Land Act, 2012, Part VIII and further to Gazette Notices Nos.1642, 6715 of 2015, 10503 and 10504 of 2018, 923 of 2019 and 5042 of 2020 and 1643 of 2023, the National Land Commission on behalf of Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) gives notice that the National Government intends to correct a parcel of land and further that inquiry for hearing of claims to compensation for interested parties in the parcels of land required for construction of dualling of Magongo Oil Refinery Roads Project shall be held on the date and place as indicated below.
