THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Omuodo Ochieng (deceased), of P.O. Box 51, Kendu Bay in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as W. Kasipul/Konyango Kokal/663, situate in the district of Rachuonyo South, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Oyugis in succession cause No. 124 of 2017, has issued grant in favour of (1) Charles Abuto Omwodo and (2) Jared Ochieng Omwondo, both of P.O. Box 51, Oyugis in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue land title deed to (1) Charles Abuto Omwodo and (2) Jared Ochieng Omwondo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Omuodo Ochieng (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
