THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lazaro Juma Onyango (deceased), of P.O. Box 11, Kadongo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as E. Kasipul/Kakelo Kamroth/834, situate in the district of Rachuonyo East, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Oyugis in succession cause No. 499 of 2020, has issued grant in favour of Isaiah Onyango Juma, of P.O. Box 11, Kadongo in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue land title deed to Isaiah Onyango Juma, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Lazaro Juma Onyango (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
