REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Beatrice Josphine Wanjiku Karanja (ID/21774846), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0294 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mavoko Town Block 3/20537, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the said Beatrice Josphine Wanjiku Karanja has presented for registration of a discharge of charge, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the discharge.
